The Minnesota Daily was a little generous in their comments about SDSU. We did not take three from UNC, but splint 2-2. I noticed from the NDSU website that the Bison beat UNC by a ton of runs. It was real early, but wow, our guys need to get going.Originally posted by LakeJack View PostComment

Jacks are suffering with some injuries to key players right now. Hopefully they will get healthy in time for the conference season which is all that really matters.Comment

I admit to not following much the past year, but who is on the injury list that would be a difference maker? I enjoyed listening to UNC games btw, but am I the only one who is following them this year? I wish more people were interested in the baseball team. Beau Hanowski a returning all conference starter in the outfield who is also one of our fastest players and hit .349 last year is out indefinitely with a shoulder issue. Dan Telford who hit over 300 last year and was fighting for a starting spot in the OF is also injured. He's been doing a bit of DH but is struggling a bit there because of his injury also.
