Re: Summit on the Internet??????
Talked to a number of fans for a variety of schools at the Arena today. Improving the quality of the internet productions would bring in a lot of money for the various schools and conference. Nobody likes what they are getting and about 90% (very small unscientific sample granted) have quit sending money or won't try until they hear better things.

Worried that I may not be able to see the WBB championship game on the U. May need to find a sports bar.

That being said, there is no reason why it can't be better. I don't know if JumpTV is feeding the athletic dept a load of bull or what, but if the host school has their ducks in order there shouldn't be any problems. I watch quite a few GPAC games, and they've always worked fine, and they are self produced. The Argus has been streaming high school games this year, no problems there either.
I've signed up for Summit TV during the last two seasons, and mediocre describes it best. I think the Summit could make some decent coin if they had a product that was reliable. I also think SDSU could at least break even if they would send a person on road trips to produce away games themselves and hook it up to the WNAX audio through gojacks.com.
Getting TV exposure during the tournament is great, and Douple should be commended for that. We aren't going to get TV exposure during the regular season, so the internet feeds need to be up to snuff.“I used to be with it. But then they changed what it was. Now what I’m with isn’t it, and what’s it seems scary and wierd. It’ll happen to you.” — Abe Simpson
