Western Illinois 62, ORU 60, 1:35 to go. ORU really putting on the press. I've been watching out of the corner of my eye while doing other stuff, and Western looks a lot better than you'd suspect from their conference record.

Ahh...those crazy Oral Robertians...having a "Come Dressed as Your Favorite Arena Seat Night." Promotions like that are what set that school apart from all the commen schools in the Summit.

Could it be possible that a good number were already getting their tickets for the Elite 8?

Edit:
Is it me, or is SDSU one of the few schools that actually counts real attendance and not just tickets sold?

Apparently their student body has quit on the team as well..

We all know how hard it has been to elevate the student and public attendance and what a difference it makes to have an energetic and involved crowd during home games. I have NO idea why the Maniacs have apparently "quit", but I can only say that I hope we are able to get them back. Student alienation and lack of support is the last thing we need as evidenced by the "far from hostile" environment displayed last evening.
