Re: Dax Crum
There is a high school senior BB player near me that has the same situation. Here is a video of him when he was a junior. This video says he is 6'-10", but this year he has grown to be 7'-0" and they say he is still growing.

I don't have all of his stats, but the local paper said that he is averaging 10 blocks a game this year. He also does not have any D-1 offers and may have to settle on playing D-2 ball. I'm going to see him play in a few weeks against a team I follow. He looks fairly active for a 7 footer, you would think someone would give him a chance to play somewhere.
Like they say, you can't teach height.

Re: Dax Crum
Rapid City Central used to have a player with only one hand. His name is Raymond Handboy. He was a remarkable player. I recall the first game that I ever saw him play. It was almost halftime when I realized that he only had one hand.
I don't know if he is still playing ball anyplace. The only article about him that I could find is very old and describes his day way back in North Middle School (Rapid City).
