The men have had some games already. Some have played better competition. The Roos played warmup game before KState. They had a couple of other games not played that were scheduled. NDSU plays the third game in Nebraska swing today at Creighton(FS1@3:30) after losing to Nevada and UNL. Their game at Minnesota for tomorrow is cancelled. ORU has played Missouri and Rogers St. UND lost at Miami Ohio with 1 game in the books. The season is under way.

NDSUs offense is so hard to watch. They have no one outside of Krueser and Griesel. They are down 41-63 with about 8 minutes left against Creighton.

The USD at UMKC game scheduled for today has been canceled due to a USD player showing COVID-like symptoms. If it turns out that they do haves cases, it could affect their participation in the Dakota Showcase in 6 days.

Bison might be better than people think.

Also Kansas doesn't look that great, will be interesting to see the WVU-Kansas games.

                    Oklahoma State 83 ORU 78
Golden Eagles had 6 more turnovers, 8 fewer offensive rebounds, and 19 fewer free throws. They still played it within 5. This is a tough loss.

I have not watched closely in the OOC this season for the Summit teams. Currently the league is 18-44. Many of those 18 wins are likely against weaker opponents. 6 of those wins are from the Dakota Showcase which finds 12 wins against outside teams.

Last night the Fighting Hawks lost to Southern Illinois. The Drake Bulldogs also handled the Coyotes.
Today Denver lost 70-68 at home to Texas State. They must have had an injury to starter 6'9" Tristan Green as he checked out in the first half and did not return. Texas State outscored Denver 21 in the second half.
UMKC beat up on the Kansas Christian College.
