Ideal scenario would be the Jacks being #1 and facing WIU in Sioux Falls (gulp) but then NDSU and USD being 2/3. Long ways to go but I think Hendo has locked up COY in the league.

It’s time to find out what Omaha is made of. Another home loss (NDSU- Wednesday) could send them spiraling. They still have to go to Fargo and ORU (not to mention Frost) and now they’ve lost the tiebreaker to USD. Getting caught by UND is even still possible. All that aside, GO MAVS!

Another choice for ESPN+/Midco tonight broadcasting NDSU/Omaha men's game at 7pm. If Mavs lose 2 in a row at Baxter, they will be fading while the Bison would gain big momentum with 4 of last 6 games in Fargo.Best to remember these are kids and they are doing everything they can to entertain us, be scholars, and all in all be great humans. Omaha and Bizun tied at halftime. Omaha is mostly jacking up 3's and jump shots. They don't appear to be running much set offense. An ardent supporter of the hometown team should go to a game prepared to take offense, no matter what happens.Robert Benchley

NDSU having their way with Omaha. Will be a tough game on Saturday as Omaha has their backs against the wall after 2 home losses. We needed NDSU to lose this one.
Looks like USD, NDSU and the Jacks have separated themselves at the top barring an upset on Saturday.

Both Omaha and NDSU take plenty of those early-in-the-possession 3's that make most coaches cringe. If they happen to be falling, look out. That's especially true for NDSU, who lives and dies by what they make beyond the arc. They have taken 625 3's (most Summit teams are at 475-525). Last night they shot 44% - see ya, Omaha.

UND got a big win vs ORU last night - especially when you consider that they did it without Rebraca. I would have thought that facing a post-dominated team like ORU without your best big man would be trouble. Now ORU is the one in trouble, if they don't pull off a big road upset at NDSU they'll suddenly be eye to eye with Fort Wayne down in 6-7 territory.
I see there are only about 100 reserved seats left for Saturday at Frost. I snagged the last one in either of the middle sections - living large in the very top row!
