3 road games for the women today. WIU loses at Florida Atlantic by 2. They shot 50% FG, but the Florida team shot 15 more free throws to edge the Leathernecks. IPFW lost to SC Upstate 85-73 while shooting 34% and having 21 TO's compared to 11 for the host. IUPUI lost to Mich St 64-45. The Jags only shot 5 free throws for the game.

Bison beat Northeastern today in Florida 79-72. They will take on NJIT tomorrow for the coveted Florida Atlantic University Thanksgiving Tournament title.

The only bright spot for the Summit women was the Bison. Omaha loses to N. Colorado, ORU scores 38 and loses to NC A&T, IUPUI loses by 10 to Texas Southern, and Denver loses to Siena by 16. The Summit will not enhance the RPI today.

Summit WBB goes .500 today. NDSU over NJIT, ORU over Austin Peay, and SDSU over NIU for the wins. Denver loses to Belmont, IUPUI downed by Montana ST, and WIU loses to UND.

Last night was a good night for the Summit WBB. IUPUI was the only loss to Indiana St 61-60. IPFW(3-4) won at Chicago St(0-6) 79-62. The yotes took care of the UNI Panthers 85-77 in Vermillion and the Jackrabbits pull one out in Arkansas. IUPUI is off to a 2-5 start with their tough schedule.

The Summit women go 5-2 for the day. NDSU(3-4) hosted #24 North Dakota and took them to overtime only to lose 90-87. Almost 1500 attended this game following the football game. WIU lost to UIC 67-54 in Chicago. Denver(1-6) won a game against UMKC 74-66. USD handled Cal St Fullerton 86-50. IPFW 65-59 over Northern Ky. ORU squeaks by Eastern Mich(5-3) 63-62. Jacks downed the UNC Bears.

Sunday games for the women was a split. UNO beat Milwaukee at Milwaukee 64-61. Their one guard Bogard had 13-16 at free throw line. She must be driver. IUPUI visited Indiana at Bloomington. Indiana handled the Jags 68-55 in front of 2500 fans. Remember the Hoosiers played tough in Frost last year.

Last night's games saw WIU 63 Eastern Illinois 54. Luke has 47th consecutive game of double figure scoring.
ORU loses 54-51 to Grand Canyon. McIntyre who averages 13.3 ppg, 15.3 boards/game, and more than 5 blocks/game posted a triple double. This is first triple double since 2009 in the Summit. McIntyre is the 6'7" senior transfer from Florida. ORU is 5-5 for the season.

As long as their stars are 4 or 5 years apart, it makes no difference how good they are, one player can't carry a whole team.

Summit women lose 2 yesterday on the road. Bison(4-7) lose to Cal St Fullerton(4-6) 86-79. Denver(2-9) loses to Wright St(7-2) 72-63.
Today Omaha plays Creighton, Denver plays at Purdue, and ORU plays at Wisconsin. Tough games for the Summit women.

Denver loses to Cal Irvine 63-55, IUPUI beats Evansville 62-50 and Marquette over W ILL 65-57. USD came from behind to beat UND 86-81 to get a mens/womens sweep of the big sky.
