I'd kill for that draw over what we got the last two years. I think they have a really good shot.

Bison pull a 12 seed. Some respect for the Summit League there. It's been like pulling teeth to get a 13 the past few years.

. . . Especially considering that the champion of the regular season and tournament of the Big Sky got a 16 seed, and fed to Arizona . . .

As much as I hated the Bison playing you guys the last couple years I still found myself rooting for the Bunnies in the NCAAs the last couple years. I really hope the Bison take it to the Sooners and continue to raise the profile of the Summit. Here's to a building the Summit into a mid-major powerhouse. First step is winning games in the tournament. I really hope our teams can stay together and make our conference a destination for others.

This year has been so odd, with so few bid steals and just a bunch of parity. I could have seen last years SDSU's team being a 11 seed with this years field. Its just not there. The big thing is they don't have to play in Oklahoma's back yard.

I think SDSU deserves a post season bid this year, I just wonder if they will get one. I don't know how the women pick, but SDSU travels well and is somewhat of a know name, maybe they get a game, maybe not, but I'd be shocked if they don't get a NIT bid

SDSU women have an auto bid to the WNIT if they aren't selected for the dance...

If you're talking abut the women, they are guaranteed a WNIT bid. If you're talking about the men, there's zero chance of a NIT bid.

Omaha will host UND and IPFW will host Akron in CIT games.

SDSU officially not in the CIT.

                          Re: Summit League Postseason Tournaments

You have to believe the Jacks will be in the CBI. If Omaha gets in post-season play and we don't , there is no justice in the whole system

I might actually go watch the UNO-UND game since I'm only an hour away.

NIT field is set so we should hopefully hear the CBI team soon.
