I thought the Summit was going to release the conference teams tomorrow during the tourney media day.

The "Official" one that the AP releases doesn't come out for a couple more days i think. This is just from CollegeSportsMadness. That's probably why there are 3 players from IUPUI and UNO on it and LA not being selected to any all-conference team.

If the official one turns out like that , I would guess you and your fellow Bison fans would be unhappy that Denver got two on the first team and you only got one. IMO , Bjorklund needs to be on there in place of one of those Denver players.

I think it would be bad deal if Bjorklund wasn't on the first team. I personally have a bigger beef with LA not on any of the four teams.

                Re: Summit All-Conference Teams

I have trouble understanding Ian Chiles making Conference 2nd team when he missed half or more of the conference games. He is a talented player, but I do not think 6 or 7 games(injury) played in the conference should warrant all conference selection. College Sport Madness may be looking at different criteria. I think they were a couple of days ahead of the Summit projections for preseason too. They were really high on Denver and Denver players then as well.

Chiles on 2nd team and LA on none is a complete joke. I imagine the 'real' results will be different.

I agree. NDSU was picked to get first. IPFW was not picked to get 2nd and were not good last year.

Also, it says a lot that Filbert thinks someone/anyone from IPFW deserves anything.
