I've heard it pronounced ewe-e pu-e as well.
It's strange that they would change the others, but not IUPUI. I'm guessing IUPUI didn't approve of being called Indianapolis and that's why they are still IUPUI.
I think it's smart move from the league. It helps make the schools sound less second rate.Comment
