    Summit League Women's Tournament has 7th largent attendance of any this year.

    A story on the Summit League site says the Summit League Women's tournament had the 7 largest total attendance of any women's conference tournament in the country. Only the power 6 conference tournaments had higher attendance. And the championship game had the 6th highest attendance in the country. With support like that, the tournament is here to stay in Sioux Falls for a long time.

    And you can bet the NCAA pays VERY close attention to which parts of the country lend their support to women's basketball.
