About WIU....WOW, lost the Summit and the team fell apart, or something.
Bizarre stuff.
Kind of wish that would have been the championship game. Maybe would have gotten better then a 14 seed if they see us blow out a team in the tourney finals.
Oakland really only did good from Hamilton and Bader again.

The Leathernecks were short-handed heading into the game. Center David Gebru quit the team because of "personal reasons," while seniors Tommie Tyler and Antwan Watson were suspended because of violation of team rules.
Makes them a completely different team. Wonder what happened

Blowing out ORU would have probably got a better seed but WIU nope.......

Ncaa people weren't able to make it to brookings to catch a game. So if they are going by stats from the season its hard to get a feel for a team then if they watch us win a close game in the finals where we were not our best. That doesn't help either. Running through the toruney in blow out fashion probably would have helped imo.

Not loosing to USD and UND probably factored in to us not getting a better seed. The final point margin against Minn & Georgia didn't help. I doubt the selection commitee even noticed that we led by 6+ in the second half of both of those games (or that our second team all-conference performer - Dykstra - was playing with a broken bone in his foot during that stretch).
