Purdue has not, during the Tiller era, been known for having much of a defense. Generally, they've been undersized and slow, not a good combo in the Big Ten. Looks to me like Ill State has chosen a "name" rather than somebody who can turn that program around.

Of course from what I saw, of course, Ill State's defense couldn't get much worse.
