After 145 picks in the 5th round, he's the 5th best available on Kiper's board. Looks like he's going to get drafted, or at least get picked up. His name is Mike Dragosavich.

As a senior, Dragosavich had just 27 punts, good for 1,225 yards, as his 45.4-yard average would have ranked second in the nation but were not enough to qualify. Only 13 kicks were returned, but one was good for a 95-yard touchdown, the only time an opponent returned one of his kicks for a score during his career. That caused him to finish the year with just a 33.33-yard net average.
