Missouri Valley commissioner says regionalization in FCS playoffs will be avoided if possible

FARGO—The uproar last November when the Division I FCS playoff brackets were announced circulated through the Missouri Valley Football Conference in lightning social media speed. That's because all five Valley teams that were selected to the 24-team field were on the same side of the bracket.
Missouri Valley commissioner Patty Viverito says that will no longer happen.
