There's a gif on Bisonville showing the receiver being pulled backwards by his jersey as he reaches for the pass. As far a Bo is concerned the call is irrelevant, he doesn't have the right to call an official an"effin coward".

I thoufht the PI call was terrible when the play happened, but then the pics started to surface and it's clearly a penalty.
