If you're going to get a first conference win in 3 years, that's one way to do it!

For the last 3 quarters of the game, the Yotes were the BETTER team. Out coached out played, NO excuses. I'm pretty sure their will be some serious meltdown over this one! LOL
Last week NDSU had a really emotional win over UNI. In fact, they were lucky to win that one. They converted 2 fourth downs on the final drive.
True definition of a trap game, IMO. But credit to USD. They really did play well.
The same UNI team that getting rolled by WIU today. I won't be surprised if the Bison lose another. They have looked very human in too many games. The road to Frisco may well not go through Fargo this year.
And..... Nice job USD.
Edit; I see that UNI is now making a game out of it against WIU. Still not exactly world-beaters.
It doesn't seem like we're messing with the same old WIU anymore. They have played really good football this year.

Illinois State sitting atop the Valley with potential that WIU will join them.
I'm really pleased USD won that game. One has to think this will be Coach Glenn's last year and it's good to see a good guy get a win like that after a lot of struggles.

We're seeing Coach Nielsen's work since his hire in December of 2012 after taking UM-Duluth to the top in Division II. This is his third season and you can see his guys and his schemes working.
