We are in a big game this weekend. Other good games should be Southern vs Indiana St and Western vs UNI. It will be interesting to see how ugly the other two games get.

I went 5-0 against the spread last week after ISUr squeaked out their win for my last cover of the day (yes, I parlayed them). Here are this week's spreads along with my thoughts.

SDSU at YSU -3 (This one moved a bit from the starting line of -1.5, which is a bit surprising to me. I feel like YSU is the underdog in this one.)

S. Illinois at Indiana St. (I think SIU takes this one easily. ISUb's offensive numbers were a fluke, and their defense is lacking. SIU's offense is the real deal.)

Illinois St. at Missouri St. (No surprise here, and I expect ISUr to cover easily and win by 35-42 points)

USD (2-3) at NDSU -29 (I honestly think USD. Can make a decent game out of this. They go home with smiles on their faces because they don't get absolutely, crushed.

W. Illinois at UNI -11 (UNI laying 11 seems like a lot here. I'll take WIU +11)

SDSU at YSU - YSU wins this one - The Jacks 1st true road test is too much
S. Illinois at Indiana St. - ISU wins this one in front of 1,000 fans
Illinois St. at Missouri St. ISUr wins this one going away -
USD at NDSU - Bison by 30 in a ugly game. Dome is like a museum. Fans boo the Bison for not scoring every drive.
W. Illinois at UNI - Western Illinois wins in upset but not really a upset as they are my sleeper for playoffs.

SDSU 27 at YSU 24: close game, but Carlson totally redeems himself after last weeks struggles
S. Illinois 31 at Indiana St. 21: Indiana State just has too many injuries to overcome.
Illinois St. 99 at Missouri St. 3: Only because the scoreboard can't go past triple digits
USD 3 at NDSU 35: Only this close because NDSU wants to rest up after a slug out last week.
W. Illinois 14 at UNI 24: UNI is battling for their playoff lives.

ISU-b vs. S. Illinois and ISU-r vs. MSU are all on ESPN 3 right now. USD vs NDSU will be on at 2:30.

So far neither ISU-b or S. Illinois have shown little resistance. 7-7 after each team had one possession.

Switching back and forth between our game and USD/NDSU. I hate to say it, but I'm a coyote fan right now. They have a shot to win irbil with 3:00 to go.
