If the possibility of a buyout has been accommodated in the contract (and I can't imagine in this day and age that buyout clauses aren't usual and customary inclusions in such legal documents--especially *heh* for Montana schools *heh, again*), there's no basis for a lawsuit.
Of course, you can sue anybody for anything any time you want to. Doesn't mean you will win, or even have a case.
