Great post, Rowdy. Dom was not to be denied. What a great finish to a notable career and a good example of being ready when your number is called.

While Dom didn't get many chances, it was that play, and the super effort to get that score, on Hobo Day, on SR. day, to go up on a determined foe, that showed how much Dom WANTED to be playing for the Jacks.

When I watched it live, it was clear to me that Dom put his whole self, plus another 50-100% into making that TD happen. Great story that will be shared for many years by that determined young man. Glad he created the clip to keep for posterity, and thanx for sharing here.

I always wonder why he didnt get more chances. I know his yards per carry were not great, but frankly he was "all in". Even if the wins dont happen, as fans I think we can see the effort guys put into it, and if they put it all on the line and gave everything like Clare did. I dont think wins or losses are pretty irrelevent if you can see players giving it their all. Like Nagy said about Griff, he had a team of 5 griffs, he would be a happy coach....or something to that liking.

It was a great video and a very positive message.

Had goose-bumps all over! Thanks for posting the link and to Dom for sticking with it and setting a good example. Was great to see the td here as I missed the game due to our game at Waverly that night.

That's 3:45 seconds of my life I will never get back. Possibly the stupidest YouTube video I've ever watched. I even watched the whole thing thinking something cool was going to happen at the end!

I ran across this video probably a year ago.

I happened to run across it again tonight...
