    How good are the Packers?

I just don't see anyone beating them this year.

AR is something like 20 of 24 so far today with 4 tds and like 250 yds.

Ahem. I should clarify my previous statement....how good is the Packer OFFENSE.

The defense can be pretty porous.

I suppose if anyone can out-gun Rodgers, they may have a shot and giving the Pack a loss. Rivers is sure giving it a shot.

You take the Packers and I will take the field for $20.

      Going undefeated is tough.

For the record...I would have taken the field against the Pats a few years ago as well.

        Re: Packers

I just don't see them losing, in the regular season anyway. And I'm not necessarily a Packer fan.

        remaining schedule:

        Viqueens
        Tampon Bay
        Detroit
        NYfbGiants
        Oakland
        KC
        Chicago
        Detroit

Maybe the Giants can beat them, depending on which Eli shows up (he has been a little more consistent this year than in years past).

Other than that, I'm not sure who else has a shot. I'm not sold on Detroit, I'd like to be, but I'm not yet (their wins have come against teams with combined record of 21-26 the only team they've beat with a winning record is Chicago at 4-3).

I'm not familiar with how well Chicago plays GB lately, so maybe Chicago could beat them?

It would be tough to pick one, but you give me 8 shots to get one win, I will take it everyday. The Pack is good.....very good and very well could run the table. Just like my chances that one team will knock them off.

I think the Pats a few years ago were stronger. IIRC, they covered the Vegas spread like the first 8 weeks. Most of the spreads were double digits too. For those that do NFL pick'em, a double digit spread in the NFL is huge.

              Re: Packers

Ask the Colts how quickly things can turn. AR gets hurt and the Packers are done. AR stays healthy they remain the odds on favorite in the NFC and have a chance to win every game. I think they'll lose 2 or 3 regardless. It's a grind and lots of teams get to 8-0, we all know how many go undefeated.

Remember they have a very capable back up (Matt Flynn of LSU fame), that being said however he is not A-Rodg. But their Back up is every bit as good as Ponder IMO.
