Three friends and I will be attending the Nebraska game this year against SDSU. None of us have ever been to a Nebraska game and we plan on scalping tickets. We were just wondering what we would be paying for a ticket a piece. I see them on stubhub for around 90 bucks and wondering if that is what we will be paying or could we get them cheaper as gameday gets closer. Any comments would be great. Thanks and looking forward to good Jacks showing.

Re: Nebraska Game Tickets
I have always found the closer you get to kickoff the cheaper. If you want to miss the kickoff you could get an even better deal. Only thing you have working against you is it's homecoming, even though it's not a real huge deal in Lincoln.
Have you checked on the WNAX bustrip?

Re: Nebraska Game Tickets
I'm going down on a fan bus that someone has put together. The bus is just a ride down and back and the people are in charge of there own tickets or could just go to bars if they wanted. So thats why i was wondering. I think scalping would be the best and probably the cheapest. I really don't really care where i sit.

Re: Nebraska Game Tickets
i live in a NFL franchise city. the best way to get tickets on the cheep here is to be by one of the stadium gates just before game time with a cardboard sign saying how many tickets you want. people with extra tickets want to dump them for what ever they can get for them. anything $$$$$ is better than nothing for tickets. now for me, i don't care if i go to the game or not because i live near the stadium and i have 0$ in expenses to get to the stadium. now if i had to travel to a game a considerable distance, i would have tickets in hand before i left my house. watch craigs list for tickets too.

Re: Nebraska Game Tickets
If you pay face value ($55) for this one you either paid too much or have really good seats. At a game a few years ago, some folks saw my daughter and I taking pictures and offered us a pair of tickets free. Grab some kids, wear some disposable red, and play up the "this is my first Husker experience" and they will be REALLY cheap...or wear blue and buy them on the any street corner, they'll still be cheap. One hand points to campus...the other to the liquor store.

Re: Nebraska Game Tickets
Thanks guys for the advice. On the other hand do you know where you could buy a pass to park a bus and tailgate. I have looked on the nebraska website and they have nothing on there about tailgating or nothing. I have searched in google and i cant find anything good about tailgating.
