Went to this site and came accross this ad,if you want to call it that.Is this the recruiting method of the future?

She sent the e-mail to the AAU coach who runs the website and he in turn posted it from his username. It seems like his forum is a networking site for other AAU coaches. Seems like a good way to get the team names out there, as the program appears to be from the East Coast.
