Whats this place called UNO?

I heard on the news today that the AD at some place named UNO was leaving to take the same job at some place called Upper Iowa. I know I've heard of this place called UNO but I can't exactly put my finger on it. I think Upper Iowa is some NAIA school, I assume its in nothern Iowa. Someone was saying they are DII now, that can't be true.
