Good marketing attempt, but South Dakota's Team always has been and always will be SDSU. You have to earn that title, not just proclaim it!
They are envious of our move into the BIG TIME, even though you won't get many of them to admit it. They are frustrated over being left behind to muddle in the quagmire of NAIA and lower division II opponents while SDSU, UNC and NDSU move up.
South Dakota's Team= SDSU
North Dakota's Team= NDSU
Minnesota's Team= UM
Nebraska's Team= UN
Did you notice they are all DI schools? ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
