So, Safari on the iPad is the web browser then, I imagine?

I'm guessing if I take this to vBulletin tech support their opening gambit is going to be "oh, yeah, you need to upgrade your board to the latest software." I prolly should have done that last summer. Sigh.

From the little nosing around I did (via our friends at Google) it seems like there are some issues with the version of vBulletin I'm running here and various forms of weird behavior on IOS devices.

There's your problem. Just use a normal computer.

Mods, et al: Should smack threads be required to actually contain smack? Or has this aimless trip through Geekville been the ultimate form of smack to the IT Challenged?
            If the latter.... carry on.

                    Along came a spider

                    sat down beside her.

And scared the s**t out of her.

I am sorry but that the best I can do.

                    How about this:

There was a man from Boston

                    Who owned himself a Austin.

If it helps, vBulletin also has problems with the Metro IE10 that comes with Win8(the "app" version, not the desktop one). The onscreen keyboard doesn't work when you try to reply.

                                I dislike haiku.
                                I prefer a limerick.
                                Three lines is too few.
