and it all happened at 6 am, crazy stuff. That is a lot of drinking very early in the morning.

I'm guessing the dude stopped around 2 or 3 at night and woke up still drunk. Been there before, but never drove, obviously.

The first offense, meaning the first time he has been caught in SD driving behind the wheel. I guess I am the fuddy duddy but, fail to see any humor here. Two sick people and one is now been put out of his misery. I had two DUI's, but if I had been caught every time I broke this law, I would have 200,002 of them on my record at least. It might be a understatement. Life does not hold much for either person.

That would be one rockin' 64 year old. I am nowhere near that old and have trouble making it past 10:30 pm on a Tuesday night.
