Had a chance to briefly glance through the Oct. 10th issue of The Sporting News that ranked the top sports cities in the U.S. Brookings came in at 146th,while Fargo was ranked 176th and Vermillion was 240th..If CAS didn't have those doggone paint-flaking bleachers that made the Bison faithful fear for their lives,Brookings might have cracked the top 100 !
