The new Alliance of American Football League begins its inaugural season in a little under a month. There are two former Jackrabbits that are on rosters. Jacob Ohnesorge is on the Arizona Hotshots, while Kellen Soulek is on the Orlando Apollos. The first games of the new season are scheduled for February 9.

Not sure if this has been mentioned elsewhere, but Soulek is on the St. Louis roster in XFL.

Yes w/ Salt Lake City but he isn't listed on their roster. But he has it listed on his Twitter profile.
