Depends what Nate wants. not sure if his bucks contract was totally guaranteed, or what. But if it was, money might not be the biggest goal playing basketball. But if it is, I see why he went overseas again. I myself would like to see him try the D league for a bit, seems enough guys have proven they can be stars in the D league and solid NBA bench players.

One thing that is interesting about Nate's current situation, I didn't realize how many International players the Nuggets have on their roster. Currently 5 of their 15 roster spots are taken by players who were playing Internationally prior to the NBA. Other than his 3 point shot the Nuggets seemed to really like Nate's style of play, physical and smart. As everyone speculates that the D League is Nate's best shot at getting back into the NBA it is good to remember that Denver does not have their own D League franchise. There is every possibility that the Nuggets had a hand in Nate's career move to Serbia. It did seemingly come out of nowhere.

He's 25. Gotta take the money at this point. He's had enough exposure that if the NBA was a realistic possibility (long term), it probably would've happened by now. It only takes one team though...

Agree,every year more young guys are pumped into the draft and the older guys get to be an after thought after a few years,unless you can string together a couple really good seasons and renew some interest ,you probably get shoved further back each year in the thought process...but like you said,it's still a possibility ,meantime,make lots of money and have fun doing something you love to do.Basketball has been pretty good to Nate I think.

According to a brief mention at HoopsRumors.com, Nate was ready to sign with a German team, but is now looking to sign a deal for an NBA camp invite.
