I hate the Dodgers. It's not because people don't pay attention..I pay attention to almost everything MLB. It's just that they don't like them. Like I'm an A's fan too! And they're from Cali.

Have to say, Morneau looking healthy again has to be one of the most encouraging things that's happened to the Twins in the last 2 seasons.

Mauer being healthy is just exciting. I predicted Mauer and Morneau to have a big year this year and they haven't let me down yet. However the player I am most intrigued about is Willingham. Reminds me of Delmon Young when he's fielding, but I love his bat so far.

I won't. He's freaking terrible and the Twins gave up Matt Garza and Jason Bartlett to get him. Guh.

Good to see Nick Blackburn is still in old form.

Who was this idiot? 85 games?

                      This team sucks.

                        Twins also sucked in '68, '86 & '90.

On the bright side.... they still get to play a lot of games against the Royals (who are the ONE MLB team with a worse record than the Twins). The fact that the Royals (losers of 14 straight before last night!) are only 1/2 game behind the Twins says it all. Expect a July fire-sale in Minnesota this year. At least it will be easy to get tickets!

I was hoping that would happen last year.

The Royals have a ton of really good young hitters. Not sure what they have coming up the pipe for pitchers, but if they can get some decent pitching in the next couple of years they could make some noise.

The Twins on the other hand don't have a lot of young talent coming any time soon. They need to trade some people to get some prospects.
