I see that Major League Baseball is reportedly considering a change in the number of American and National League teams:

If they force a National League team to become an American League team, each league would have 15 members and each of the six divisions would have five teams. It would also mean that with an odd number of teams in each league that there is no way to have every team playing baseball on a given day without interleague play. Since nobody ever has a Saturday or Sunday off (except for rain cancellations), does that mean that MLB intends to have continuous interleage play?
