As someone who suffers from achilles tendonitis, I can testify that achilles injuries are no joke. When it's bad, you can't do much. And the only way to make it stop is to stop whatever you're doing. It just doesn't heal unless it has a lot of time and rest.Holy nutmeg!Comment
