I finally got around to posting some pictures I took in and around the Alamodome during the just-completed Women's Final Four.

(I apparently missed meeting Wingo in person a couple of times . . . we were both staying in the Grand Hyatt next to the Alamodome, and I was told he stopped into the Grand Club on the 19th floor a few times for a (possibly) adult beverage and some hors d'oeuvres a couple of days, about a half hour before Snookums and I did the same . . . that would have been fun--"Hey, you're Tramp Wango!" Good-natured ribbing would ensue . . .)

Two observations:

The Alamodome is like the Fargodome's big brother. Neither one of them are all that attractive.

Stanford should be glad they're not depending on that mascot to establish their reputation.
