Two CAA schools gone in around two weeks. I know its a big conference and they already had expansion plans, but that has to create some scheduling havoc for the CAA next year.

Its interesting that some of the people talking on the radio about Hofstra yesterday said the same thing but were quick to add that 13 schools were about to add football programs and six of them next year. One is Lamar in Texas, that had football and dropped it about 1990. Lamar is on USD schedule next year I believe.

Incarnate Word in San Antonio was in the D2 World Series for D2 baseball in Montegomery Alabama in 2002. They had some unbelievable pitchers and gave Delta State all they could handle. I just happen to be in area and took in some ot the games

If their football is anything like the baseball program, they could show up on our schedule some time in the future. The comments by the writer are very interesting. The admin from Northeastern and Hofstra see the down side and those starting new programs see nothing but a up side..
