The way it sounds, the first person the GSU athletic program needs to clear out is the AD. Anyone who hires a coach and gives him only 3 years (unless of course there are issues outside the teams preformance, which does not seem to be the case with Hatcher) obviously has no clue on how to run a college athletic program. I believe this is the same man who fired a coach after he took them to the playoffs, then proceeded to hire and fire a new coach within a year's span. When cleaning house it needs to come from the top down, not the middle down!

Hatcher did a great job at Valdosta State D2, so am surprised they gave up on a good coach after 3 short years.
There is more here than meets the eye. Well that's Dixie politics for you.
The old days for GSU and their triple option probably don't seem so bad now. When a team runs it as well as they did and as hard as it is to prepare for, I can't understand why you would give up on it and bring in a new coach. Check three new coaches since then.
