Here is the paragraph where SDSU is mentioned:

"These are not proven Division II schools such as North Dakota State and South Dakota State that have earned the right to move up the NCAA ladder. They are not well-funded state schools that have passed the litmus test and done well in multiple sports, or tradition-rich schools such as Seattle University, which played in the 1958 Final Four and has long-term natural rivalries that would make it a good fit for a conference such as the West Coast Conference.
