I thought the following comment was instructive and is an indication that recruiting Matt was the right thing but it just didn't work out for Matt...this is a pretty classy statement: "During the season, Cadwell didn't enjoy basketball for the first time. He thought about leaving but said it wasn't a reflection on the school, his teammates or coaches." Some less mature athletes might have taken a shot at the school, teammates or coaches.
Concordia of St. Paul picked up a good one. I hope it works out well for Matt and I look forward to seeing his numbers in the newspaper.
