Suspended Gopher football player Dominic Jones was in court charged with rape for having sex with a person who was physically helpless (18 years old female college student, drunk and passed out). Today he posted $25,000 bond and was released from jail.

The allegations related back to events in early April. Apparently it was "videoed" on someone's cell phone.
New coach Brewster has had to suspend four players for involvement in the incident. The other three have not yet been arrested.
