Who's in the Looney Tunes Conference, made up of schools whose mascots bear some passing relation to one of the Warner Bros. cartoon characters.

University of South Carolina Gamecocks (Foghorn Leghorn)
University of Maryland Terrapins (Cecil Turtle--notably the only Looney Tunes character to consistently defeat Bugs)
University of Oregon Ducks (Daffy)
West Virginia University Mountaineers (Somebody's gotta be Elmer Fudd)

Edit: I'll entertain expansion members from the Hanna-Barbera, MGM, Disney, Jay Ward classic animated cartoon producers. Short-feature cartoon characters only please (except Flintstones, what the heck!) Simpsons, Family Guy, and other similar more recent cartoons aren't allowed (Pro League, them.)
