This would make sense for DSU, DWU and the GPAC. Hopefully they can get it in place. Finding a home for SD Tech will be more difficult.

DSU to the GPAC makes great sense.

Why the RMAC didn't accept the Hardrockers is rather questionable to me. Accepting BHSU but not SDMT seems strange.

It is a numbers thing. With UNK leaving the RMAC needed to add 1 to get back to 14 members. No room for Tech at this time.

I noticed that neither the Chadron State men's or women's basketball teams nor the track team are competing against South Dakota Tech this year, ending a long out-of-conference series between the two teams. Is there something to this? They are about an hour and a half away from each other.

Funny thing... I had written out a very thoughtful response on why DSU should join the GPAC. But then I decided to use it as a post on my own blog...
