Bison Assistant Grappling Coach Bret Maughan convicted of DUI has been suspended by NDSU for five days.

Could happen to anybody with a momentary lapse in judgement (especially when intoxicated) proof that pre-planning is the best preventative measure.

Amen to that. Knowing you have or being the DD makes the event/evening much more enjoyable and helps prevent incidents like this or much worse. Either have a driver, get a cab, or walk.
