It appears the NCAA has adopted some new rules proscribing celebrations in football. Here's a story link to the Fargo Fargo, 7/31/11:

Seems to me the rule is a little heavy-handed but on the other hand, I've watched some celebrations that I've thought should be sanctioned but weren't. I hope the application of the new rules results in the athletes looking like they've "been there, done that...just doing my job." We'll take care of the celebrations in the stands.
By the way, I can see one school having a little difficulty adjusting to the rules....(hint...read the examples given in the Fargo Forum article).
