What an amazing turn around for the Bears. In Coach Hill's bio, they talk about how they were dead last in the final RPI rankings in 2007 - their first year in the Big Sky.

After their first three years in the Big Sky, with losing records each year, they go 25-8 last year and take the next step this year. Congrats Bears!

(Smack free zone - no reference to Big Sky's RPI or overall talent level.)

Good win by a former NCC team, maybe UND will do just fine there. I watched part of the game and neither team UNC or Montana could hang with oakland or ORU IMO(not smack).

          You're right.

I do wish it would start to sink in with some folks that Oakland is really, really good this year. As of today, Sagarin had them at #57, which would have Oakland being the best team . . . in the Missouri Valley Conference.

I was not impressed with UNC last night. Oakland would destroy them. Forgot about their high school looking gymnasium.
