doubt he sees the field there, couldn't start for the JuCo he attended, and was marginal at best in his limited action for Notre Dame

I think I read somewhere that Nate Montana got a really late start playing football (early to mid high school?). Has lots of raw ability but has never really excelled in games. However, Joe's youngest son Nick is a stud and has a load of potential. He redshirted last year at University of Washington (to be expected since they had Locker at QB).
