Remember a few years back when the Jacks women were playing Centenary and they were using a men's basketball at first. Same thing happened in reverse during tonight's Oakland vs. Illinois men's game....they started out using a women's basketball. How does that happen?

Perhaps the Summit League, or say, I don't know, the NCAA could develop a template that the officials had to put the ball through? OR..... better yet.....I'm going out on a limb here......maybe the officials simply READ the writing on the basketball.
