SD Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction 2010

First trip to SD in seven years and enjoyed myself immensely. Was in a band in 66-67, and the memories were good. Winner of the evening: The Reddogs hadn't lost much except for their ability to jump around on stage in the last 45 years. Marlys Roe sounded as good as she did in the sixties as well. Too bad her husband was unable to get his plaque in person.

I enjoyed the concert/ceremony, too. Special props to the bands that played with mostly original or long-time members (the musicians that got them nominated for the hall of fame, in the first place) and didn't depend on young, hired guns to improve their sound.
