I appreciate any updates anyone can provide. I can't believe it but the tourney starts next week. I know Clark and Castlewood are in from that area but I don't who else qualified. Tabor is in, Crofton and Wynot or in. I'm hoping I can get up to Mitchell but the Hillcrest Pro-Am golf tourney is going to take up the better part of the end of next week for me.

That is true. Castlewood, Aurora, Clark, and I think Volga have qualified for the state tournament via the EDL. Bryant or Clear Lake would be the fifth team.LET'S TAKE A TRIP TO BIRDLAND! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=68-6O2mJhMw

Re: 2009 State Amateur Baseball Tourney
Mudcats, PBR, Canova, Flandreau are all in.
Humboldt takes on Harrisburg Saturday for another spot and Madison goes against Salem for another.
Joeboo, what happened in the Menno/Tea game last week? In the paper, it said something about it being played under protest.

Re: 2009 State Amateur Baseball Tourney
Menno protested hoping that Tea hadn't followed proper procedures in letting the pitcher from Canada play since he had played semi pro. Unfortunately for Menno, Tea did what they we're supposed to do before the season started and the protest was invalid.
