    I believe he was to retire this year. Was he not on SportsMax recently?

    I agree he has been great promotion person for the outdoors in the Dakotas. He will be missed. My Condolences to his family.

      I read a couple weeks ago in the "take it outside" blog on Rapid City Journal that he was released from ICU after suffering from a post-operation infection.
