I will answer the question about why it is delayed 2 years already. When Poet announced the deal they were involved with Dupont and Dupont made it sound like they had all this cellulose ethanol technology and when Poet started looking into it Dupont didn't have any more technology then Poet did so Poet delayed and shrank project Bell (pilot plant to be built in Scotland) and decided to wait until more technology is available before spending that kind of money. Poet right now is looking at acquiring plants so when this technology is available they can add a cellulose plant because the cellulose by product can be used as a natural gas alternative. And the fracnation part has a bi-product worth a fair amount of money.
